KLOKUP, provided by Sak Pase Solutions Inc., lets a business record its employees' arrivals, breaks and departures with a QR code and a personal PIN, and turn them into timesheets.
You inform your employees that you use KLOKUP and, if you turn on the GPS zone, that their location is checked when they clock in. You are responsible for how you use timesheets, including for payroll, under the laws of your country.
Data is stored privately. Only your account and the managers you invite can access it; each employee sees only their own hours and requests, with their personal PIN. Location is recorded only at the moment of clocking in. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact form. Details are in our privacy policy.
The free plan covers up to 10 active employees. Paid plans (Pro, Business, Scale) are a fixed price by number of active employees, renew automatically until cancelled and stay active until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable.
